Are you going to keep the number or want to lose it?
If you’re keeping it,
Request a PAC code and use it (text PAC to 65075) then give this code to your new network.
If you’re happy to lose it,
Request and use a STAC code (text STAC to 75075) then give this code to your new network.

I don’t want to keep the number.
However, the problem is I’ve moved abroad and don’t have the sim card anymore. Even if you send a replacement sim card, I can’t receive it as I’m not in the UK.
How do I then cancel the sim and contract?

In this case, our Live Chat Team should be able to help and if the button isn’t showing, we would recommend deleting browser cookies or by using a different browser/device altogether.
