How do I cancel my DATA Only SIM?

For months I have been paying a non working sim card placed in my tablet always connected to the wifi.

It has never been used to make phone calls so I don’t know its phone number.

I have two sims from ID so I don’t know wich DD corresponds to which phone contract. I can see two charges in my account for the same amount, but because I can’t discover which phone number is the tablet one I can’t reach the invoices…..

 

I need help.

This issue is still open, I need someone to look into this otherwise I will have to pay another month of a non working simm.

I would appreciate somebody contacting me regards this.
