How do i cancel my upgrade order?

Today I have placed an order for a new phone as my 2yr contract is up.

I have received an email to say this will take 3-5 days to process.

I would like to cancel this order, how do I do this?

Went to the online chat and got the phone cancelled, HOWEVER, I have just received an email to say the phone is being delivered in the next 3 days!!!
