How do I leave iD Mobile and will I be charged?

hi

my contract is up on the 15th july and am looking to switch networks when should i be looking to make the switich as its currently saying if i do it now ill have to pay an amoutt of money to do this? do i have to wait until the contract is up before switching?

Hi @johngow59, sorry to hear you’re leaving iD Mobile. We hope you’ve enjoyed your time with us! If you text PAC to 65075 and submit this code to your new provider, it will disconnect your line and a final bill will be generated. This will simply be made up of the remaining days left on your contract, so don’t worry about incurring any additional fees.
