how to cancel contract?

I lost my sim Card and unable to get hold of anyone on the customer service line I don't use my ID number and lost the sim a while ago and have since been stuck paying for a product I don't use I have no account information other than my name email name address my only solution seems like canceling the direct debit which would cripple my credit
