I'm having trouble cancelling a plan

Please can someone contact me to cancel my son’s contract. As it is impossible to speak to someone I resorted to cancelling the direct debit. I have received a final notice demand yet no previous messages as claimed in your letter. I do not remember the ID login details for the phone so have repeatedly tried to reset them online. It says a security code has been sent to my son’s phone but there have been no messages. 

 

So I can’t access the account online, I can’t phone anyone in your company and live chat is always busy. It is very frustrating that I can’t contact anyone yet you can send me threatening letters. I would like this resolved as quickly as possible. Please can someone contact me.

Hello @Mars,

 

Sorry to hear you’re having issues cancelling your iD plan for your son.

 

Codes are texted to the iD number active on the network. 

So when trying to reset the password (or register) for your son’s account, the code would be texted to him.

 

I’ll get someone to PM you regarding cancelling this.
