I've lost my SIM and I want to cancel my contract.
How do I contact ID mobile by email?
I am currently in Afghanistan and it is hard to get a decent line to call UK.
I have lost my ID Mobile sim card and will not be in UK for next six months.
I, therefore, wish to cancel subscription.
I cannot register my account as you do not seem to recognise my email address even though ID Mobile sends bills to it.
I also cannot remember my ID Mobile number!

Please include in the email, your full name, full address, date of birth, and phone number if you can find this out for us, if not, the name of your bank used for the payments will be fine.
