iDMobile cancellation process broken

I wish to cancel my contract, I have completed the process via webpage and app and no joy asks me to contact support to proceed, there is no way to contact support? My contract will expire soon and I don't want to pay more than I have to for a service I don't need please.

I am sorry to hear about that issue. We will send you a PM now to check that the cancellation request has made it through to us to ensure your cancellation is in place.
