Keeping ID phone number with new provider

Hi all, 

I decided to leave iD late last month and requested a PAC code as I would like to keep my number with my new provider. However, I haven’t received my new SIM card and my PAC code is expiring over the next few days. Is there anyway that I can keep my number?

Hi @EYongo,

If your PAC code expires before you use it, a new one can be generated as long as the account is still active; if you also requested a cancellation at the same time then the number would be lost as soon as the 30-day notice period is up.

Once the code expires, Text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your new PAC number which will be valid for 30 days.
