My son has lost his phone with sim so I need to cancel sim and order new one please I have never set up a I D Mobile account so when I am trying it sending code to my sons lost phone I have contacted Carphone Warehouse and cancelled phone but they said I need to cancel sim with you and order replacement can you help please
