Need a new PAC code issues asap

Hi, the pac code I have been sent is the same as the previous pac code I had from O2. I’ve seen on here that a new PAC code can be issued manually via live chat. Live chat is not working, nor is calling. Please could you PM me with a new pac code ASAP. Many thanks, Sam
