No sim being charged

I bought a SIM card on the in Jan 2019 but never received it called to complain and was ment to receive another  but that did not arrive so I cancelled my account having never had a sim. However I am still getting charged a monthly fee to this day. Somebody get back to me. Please!

Been trying to get on to live chat for 3 days what's going on. If no reply by tomorrow i will have to contact the communications ombudsmen

 

I was so disappointed with ID when I tried every way to contact them after I got out of stock message and tried to cancel. I gave them a minus if possible rating on Trust Pilot. I then got a message From Ryan I replied informing him of the bad customer service. I have had no reply and not received my £19.99 up front payment .Managed to get a phone no problem next day from   3  after speaking to a human and not a machine.
