Been paying bill for months on old contract no longer used. Unable to log in, use live chat, talk on phone as nobody there and I don’t have old number even. I cancelled my direct debit to trigger some contact and received an email with a reference number. GREAT! Still unable to make contact to cancel my outstanding balance and to cancel. Please help as it’s very frustrating paying £14.90 a month and having no way to cancel something I don’t use.
