Payment decined and new order cancelled

I placed an order for an iPhone contract and my bank blocked the payment so I spoke to IDMobile on the live chat and they assisted me in saying the order hadn’t processed so to place it again, so I did that and I’ve not received another error email and I believe this is because I now have 2 outstanding orders and I’m not clueless as what to do
