Hi

Please, could you tell me if my number was disconnected on 3rd of December is it possible to get all phone calls and messages records from September to November?

Hello @zuzana13,

You can obtain a copy of your bills by simply logging into the iD app/account and downloading the PDF bills from there.

We’ll PM you so we can confirm disconnection as it’s not something we can do publicly without first checking the account.
