I decided to upgrade my sim only account to a monthly phone package and went through all the usual steps. Received confirmation email everything ok, then about 3 hours later received another email to say it had been cancelled because of some security problem, end of. No other explaination even though i have been a customer for over 2 years

I’ve already talked to someone on live chat, they said there was nothing they could do about it and suggested to wait 30 days and reapply. sorry but I will be off somewhere else before then.
