ive been trying to contact you since mid December. I ordered a sim only contract at the beginning of December and did not receive the sim until the end of December. Since then I have ordered a new phone and started a new contract so I do not require this sim. I have never used this sim and I do not know my Id mobile number to login. I have left numerous answerphone messages and tried to email customer services to no joy. I have cancelled my direct debit ( I have been charged one payment in December) pls can someone contact me to ensure this is all now cancelled and I won’t be charged anymore.
