Used STAC instead of PAC

Hi,

 

I was an idiot and accidentally used a STAC code instead of a PAC code when leaving ID. Do you know if my old number is now completely irretrievable?

I’m sorry to hear that.

 

I don’t believe it is possible to retrieve the number anymore. When was it that you used the STAC code to cancel? I can try to find out if in anyway there is a chance?

We’ll certainly look into this for you. We need to let you know that there’s a chance the number is lost for good so this doesn’t guarantee we can retrieve the number, however, we can speak with Three UK to see if they are able to re-connect this.

Please can you email us on communitysupport@idmobile.co.uk so we can pick this up?

 

You’ll need to include the following details:

  • Your Community username: surelix
  • Your full name
  • Full address with postcode
  • Mobile number of the account you’re trying to retrieve
  • Date of birth

 

Once confirmed, we’ll escalate this to our 2nd Line Escalations Team.

 

It’s the first time we’ve come across this issue, but hopefully, we can get the number back and issue a PAC code.

 

We’ll pick this up further via Email.
