Want to cancel my contract which expires next month

Hi, I wish to give 30 days notice to cancel my existing contract. 

I have tried doing this via the ID app but when I click onend contract the link is unavailable. There is no live chat available and there is no customer services available so there are no other options available to me. 

I would be very grateful if someone could please help me with this.
