want to cancel new customer web order before processing

Hi, I have literally placed an order that I should not really have rushed into , I have a reference number and cannot use love chat as no mobile number . I just want to cancel it before it is processed/ dispatched . It seems not possible to phone anyone and there is no obvious email address either
