Hi. I am needing someone to check my data useage please. I have 5GB a month (which has always been more than enough as I dont download anything). This is my second month on my new contract with ID and I am very disappointed that I have received a message today telling me that my data is 100% used. I have now had to buy an add on and am very confused to how I have used all this data with still 22 days left on my billing period?
