I have 3 accounts in my name (2 sons and husband) I changed my bank account direct debit inmMarch and now either my bill doesn't get taken or it is taken on completely different days from before. They were on different days but I changed one date to be the same as one of the others, but it doesn't seem to have been changed. Thanks
