Hi,

I urgently need a replacement SIM card after mine went dead 4 weeks after an upgrade. I cannot contact in Twitter or Facebook and have been directed here. 
 

Understand all call centres are closed, is there any way to do this? 
 

I have relatives in isolation with whom I need to be in frequent contact with.
