I have been trying unsuccessfully to download a banking app for mobile banking. It will not download just keeps going round in the circle saying awaiting download does not open the % bar to show progress. My signal strength is poor, is this the problem even though I am meant to have excellent coverage for my postcode. Any help welcome. Thanks

What phone are you using currently?
Could we also get your home postcode to look into any potential coverage issues locally there?
Have you been able to try downloading the app in question whilst connected to WiFi to see if that helps?
