I cant send texts, receive OTPs for online banking, use my phone in most of my house. This is pathetic coverage. Why does it happen? It isn’t the first time. I’m 76 & shielding I need my mobile to work.

It’s fine now. The problem is intermittant. Seems to be worse at night & in bad weather.
