I don't receive texts

as the subject says, since switching to your network I stopped receiving texts.

I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Before when I was in previous network everything was working fine. I kept my number from that network.

Is it just one person on Lycamobile or multiple different numbers from Lycamobile who can’t text you?

Have you checked to see you haven’t blocked that person?

Hi,

I switched phone off and on. I can’t take out battery as it’s internal one.

To be more precise I don’t receive texts from Lycamobile network, others work just fine.

Have you power cycled your mobile since the migration started?

You are required to restart the phone (switch it off and back on)

power cycle the mobile at least once or twice so all services are updated.

It can take up to 24 hours for your previous service provider to fully transfer you over!
