I'm having problems with my coverage in the B31 area

I'm in B31 area and coverage checker is saying very good/excellent.

 I cannot make phone calls or texts, or use data on my phone unless I am connected to my WiFi. 

I was saying "No Network".  I have restarted my phone and now it is showing ID but there is a (!) Next to the 4g in the corner and it still won't connect?

Could you both confirm your full postcodes so we can check the local masts in your area for you?
