I've rebooted, turned data on and off and checked my bill and allowances but cant see anything wrong.

Are your other services working i.e calls and texts? Also, which phone are you using? If you can access the Access Point Names section of your phone settings (usually on Android, within the Mobile Networks section), please press the menu button and then choose Reset To Default. Once done, select iD Mobile and then see if the mobile data works; a reboot may be required.
