Is the network down? My disabled daughter has no coverage and I can’t get into the iD account as it says it’s temporarily unavailable. I am VERY angry as she is vulnerable and there seems NO way to contact iD. It advises chat-there is no chat available. Nothing.
A big thank you (NOT) to the 11 people of the”helpful community”who viewed this one simple question in an hour for my disabled daughter and none of whom replied! Not one.

Have you restarted the phone to see if that helps at all?
No widespread outages are known to be in play, so we’ll need to look into anything being reported from the local mast.
