We live BH22 and not able to make call for last 7 days. 3 network says issue in the area but would like to know when issue is to be resolved?

Apologies for the delayed response here.
It looks like the issue with the mast was picked up first on the 29/10/19 however, there’s no completion date showing for when we’d expect this to be resolved.

This will be with the Network Team who are looking into a fix.

Unfortunately, we can only advise monitoring your coverage and using WiFi Calling in the interim.
