Just moved from 02 to ID Mobile. My number has transferred over, but there is no data. When logging onto the portal it’s saying I have the full 20GB (which I’m paying for!!) but on my phone there is nothing. Please can you assist urgently, I need my phone as a map to travel, with 4G I can’t do anything!!!!!!!!!

Was the data working with the iD SIM before you ported the number over do you know?
Could you go into your phone’s settings and ensure you don’t have any sorts of network profiles saved from O2 which could potentially be causing conflict with us?
You may need to just do a reset/ clear of any mobile network settings that are in there.

To anyone else having this issue - I just took the sim out and put it back in again and my data seems to be working fine now.
