I have no mobile coverage in TW2 7PJ since yesterday at 13:30
The “3” network was down for a few hours yesterday but was fixed yesterday evening
ID mobile cannot be contacted - webpage says live chat is available but it isn’t, phone no is automated only and only deals with account queries, facebook page refers me to live chat, complaint procedures page take me in a loop, the only option left is the ombudsmen. Terrible and disgraceful “service”
Why cant you just send me a mail if there’s a problem and give service updates on your website ?
