No network at home postcode

Dear Sirs,

I haven’t had network for 2 days now. I would be grateful if you could let me know why this is happening.

Have checked network coverage in the are HA7 4BA and the answer is that there is no network outage in this postcode.

Hello @Mads,

 

I’m not sure why the coverage checker isn’t showing this, but I’ve checked our internal mast service checker and can see that the local mast at this address is currently down and has some unplanned outage. The Network team at Three UK is looking into this and we hope this is resolved soon.
