Following an upgrade to a new plan I cannot access any network service. I am on an android phone; On a manual entry of the carrier it shows ID mobile 4G and 3G but I cannot connect to either - message is “the network service you chose is unavailable. We recommended turning on the automatic function” On selecting automatic nothing connects and I have no service. ID mobile have not mentioned that they would send a new SIM and logging on to the app says that my new upgrade has been successful. In addition to above, I have tried restarting the phone, checking APN details, reinserting the SIM and switching wifi and airplane mode on/off. Still no network and no way of contacting idmobile through their chat service. A simple ticket system to raise issues or a secure message function on the app would be more effective instead of the long and slow process of putting a post her in the hope that someone replies.
