Why does my texts not get receive by people even though I have plenty of data and no error message also calls to mobiles go straight to voicemail when shouldn’t ?

Hi @Blairafton,

I am sorry to hear about what has happened here. Do you have any signal bars showing on your phone at all?

Also, if you turn your phone off and then back on again, this will attempt to reconnect to the network.
