No service

Hello,

I’m new to iD and the process of porting the number finished yesterday.

I‘m finding today that the networks status is horrible.  It shows “No Service” for most of the time, and it doesn’t improve outdoors. My phone is iPhone 7, and is fully compatible with 4G.  I have been using it with 4G from other provides until a week ago.

Could you please check if any outage in AB21 9EF area?  If this persists, I will have to think about cancelling the contract.

FYI, I have just updated the OS to iOS 13.7 yesterday.  Are you receiving trouble reports from iPhone users after upgrading?

 

FYI, your coverage checker says it’s very good.

 

Edit: I have force-restarted my iPhone, and rest the network settings.  Neither helped.

Are you finding this issue is located to one specific area, or that it’s everywhere you go? Do any bars of signal show at all?
