No Service on New Contract

says my sim is activated [as it should be on delivery] but no service and the coverage checker says service should be good phone is oneplus 6T on monthly contract

still unable to use my phone no access to live chat this is pretty ridiculous... Just says SIM 1 not provisioned and ID doesn't even show up in available networks
