Thanks for confirming that for us and I’m sorry to hear this.

Checking the coverage in the area, I can see that the local serving masts for 4G are not affected, however, the masts that are neighbouring are.

Your local masts are by Morecambe Bay Academy.

The neighbouring ones are close to Torrisholme Cemetery.

These masts are affected by an unplanned outage currently.

The 3G mast closest to you is the one by Morecome Bay Academy and has some long term outage.

This mast is on someone else’s property and we’d need permission for planning before we can work to fix this. 

This will take longer than normal to resolve.

If you’re on a SIM-only plan, you can look at switching if you’re not willing to wait for this.

Have you tried away from these areas at all?
