How can I receive calls and texts from Paypal so that I can access my account? live chat is useless, not a lot of help out there, there’s no customer service number for ID where I can talk to an actual person. very frustrating especially when I need to access these funds asap

How can I speak to a real person and not a computer screen, this is a frustrating service and i wish i stayed with 3 mobile
