I have just moved to ID Mobile and I have received phone calls within the same city, Glasgow (with great coverage) and my phone hangs up the phone call after 20 seconds. It is very embarrasing and I seem a rude person when this happens, hanging up conversations when it is my phone doing it. My partner has tried to phone me being in the same house and this also happens. How can I avoid my ID SIM to stop hanging up calls? I am thinking about moving to my old mobile phone operator if this continues to happen.
