Cant register on the IDMobile App. You must hold the wrong DoB for me.

We’d only ever be going off the date of birth you entered when originally placing the order through us.
If you had entered it wrong when placing the order originally then we’ll need to get in touch to amend that.
If you check your Private Messages here, you should have a message from our Support Team where we’ll assist further with this.
