Hi, we always get 1 or 2 bars, enough for text/phone service, but since 2 days ago we’re not getting any service at all. Can you help please? Postcode SY129EP

Hi @Hoppy58 , I can’t see any maintenance or issues in that area at the moment. How long have you been using the SIM card? Have you tried using it in a different handset?
