can't make calls, internet is slow and drops often

I can't make any calls, Internet is slow and cuts often. This happened even I have full bars on my signal. Is so frustrating, I'm going to cancel my contract as is impossible to use my phone in this conditions.

I’ve just come over to id my previous number has finally been transferred but now I can’t make outgoing calls, anyone I try to phone it says “your service doesn’t allow access to this number”

Try the following Dial Code, this worked for another member recently with a similar issue:

For Android: #330*0000#
For Apple iPhone (All outgoing calls and TXT) : #33*0000#

If not, it sounds like an account configuration issue @Ivan Collins, so please contact our Live Chat team to support (type ‘Speak to someone’ to get through to an agent)
