i phone 7 unable to establish secure signal using 4 g

Hi, my data ran out on my i phone 7, when the data was topped up I am unable to use internet using 4 g. Internet works ok using home wifi. Have tried re setting wifi as suggested on internet, without success. When trying to access internet using 4 g with all browsers I get unable to access secure network message, any suggestions appreciated

Are you on a PAYG Contract or a monhtly recurring plan?

When you log into the app/account, what does your allowances show for data?

Hi Mohammed, thanks for the reply, I have contacted id the sim was faulty, have received another sim now, all is working ok
