intermittent signal

for the past couple of months i have very intermittent network coverage and often can't make it receive calls when others with id can do so next to me. I've tried the usual, removing sim, resetting, even got a new sim from id, tried it in a different handset, still the same problem. what can i do next?

Hello @Nicholas Kirby,

It’s odd that other iD Mobile users have tested next to you and are able to use it fine.

You mentioned you tried your SIM in another device, have you tried other SIMs in your device?

Do you have the issues away from home also?
