internet is very slow

Hi I am new to id network. My calls are fine but my internet Is very slow. This is the same for watching videos and a simple internet search. The network coverage was showing it was good coverage but it’s not. What can I do to improve internet. If this continues I will need to find another network. 
my phone is an iPhone 6s

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your data speeds. Are you seeing 4G when this is happening? Also, do you mind sharing your postcode so we can conduct a search on the coverage levels of your area?
