Does your SIM work in a different phone?
Does another network’s SIM work in your phone?
Somehow iD sometimes block their customers accounts by mistake, and you can check this quickly using the online iD live chat service.

Yeah, the iD live chat isn’t always accessible, and when it is you’ve got to bypass the very annoying 24/7 chat-bot in order to speak with an iD agent.
Have you tried contacting the iD social media customer support team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message)?
They should be able to check your iD account - good luck
