I’ve had no phone or internet connection for over an hr now. My husband and son are on ID too and are the same.

Can’t find any info about network outage. Had to use another hotspot from another network.

anyone have any clue what’s going on?

If all three of you have no service then there is clearly a local area fault. Maybe a car took out the mast? The network status checker should provide you with an update at some point today. It’s doesn’t provide live updates as stuff happens.

Hi @Lauran79,

Welcome to the Community

You can check for any issues in the area using our network status checker.

Please visit the link and click network status and enter your postcode.

If no issues show, please test the SIM in another handset.

Any oned signal poor today

Thank you

The signal has been very poor since I joined this network beginnings of August. The page for coverage only says something about 3G being stopped… I do not know what to do, there is nobody to talk to and meanwhile I cannot do my work because the network is not performing at all.

I did not cancel the contract on time because I was in a retreat and now I am bound to a service that is not offering any service.

Hi @Teran

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

Are issues with signal found everywhere or just in these certain locations?

Tom

Hi, yes, it is LA12 9HX

Hi @Teran

Taking a look the postcode of LA12 9HX is an area where we’d expect issues, signal here appears to be quite weak, sorry about this.

Yes it is extremely week, I wonder if they can liberate me from the contract

Hi @Teran

If you purchased at the beginning of August and purchased online, you may at this time still be within your cooling off period and able to make a return.

Please contact the vendor you purchased via so they can assist with this.
