Network in PA29QP

Both my husband and I have never had a problem with I'd and weve been with them from day 1. Now we have no signal at all in the PA2 Area of Paisley. This has been since 5G has been switched on. This is unacceptable as I'm paying for 2 contracts and neither are working. June.

Looks like there might be an issue in your location @June Brown Stevenson.

 

Yes issue has been ongoing for months now. No communication from I'd to tell us what's happening. Were basically paying 2 contracts and not receiving any service from network.

I’m in the same position as you are, at my location. 

Can/will iD Mobile be able to do anything about this? Unfortunately, probably not. 

Probably not, looks like we will be forced to change network if problem is not resolved soon. This is 1st and only issue I have ever had with I'd network.

I suspect the issue is probably linked to the work 3 are doing on their backhaul network, in preparation for 3G switch-off on the 3 mobile network. 

This is expected to completed across the UK by end of 2024.
