New iD sim contract not getting 5g or downloading apps in Central London on a approved S21 ultra 5g phone with coverage? I have latest software and settings.

Hello @DeniseyP,

Are you or have you ever been able to access 5G before on this device?

Have you checked the settings in the mobile network settings to see if you have it pre-selected to 4G only?
